With offices in the Far East, Middle East and Europe, we are able to service a ship in one part of the world and continue to service it if it should develop problems while sailing along the major trade routes.

In the event that the vessel will not be sailing to a region near our offices, our teams of engineers are mobile, and can be sent to work on ships and rigs where they are, fully equipped with all the necessary tools and test equipment to cover repairs, retrofits, installations and maintenance work.

Recently we worked with a major customer to perform emergency repairs to the engine room damaged by fire. The estimated timeframe we gave was 25 days, but we managed to complete the repairs and returned the vessel to service in 23 days, two days shorter than the original estimate.
