Our service facilities are located across the globe, ranging from Australia in the East, throughout major ports in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and extending all the way to the USA and South America. However, we can perform service and repair anywhere, and do send instrument teams fully equipped with all the test equipment, tools, and spare parts to a destination where the client needs help.

We have a team of 600 technical staff deployed throughout our global offices. Additionally, we are also able to deploy engineering skills quickly from our many associates around the world. At any time, we can have 40 to 50 technical staff working at overseas locations worldwide.

Due to our Group strength, we are able to source competitively priced materials, parts and equipment, both locally and worldwide from our network of reliable business partners with whom we have developed good long-term business relationships.
